Order processing

All orders will begin the shipping process once payment has been cleared.

Shipping will be processed withing 24h (Monday to Saturday).

All “Collect at Store” orders will be processed also within 24h. You will recieve an email once items are ready to pick up at the store. Check our opening hours here.


Once shipping as been processed, an email we be sent with the tracking number and tracking page of the delivery company.

Delivery time

Once the order has been shipped, delivery times are the following:

Portugal – 24/48h

Europe – 3 to 5 Working Days

Rest of the world 7 to 10 Working Days.

These times may vary in holiday season, or due to other conditions that affect the delivery company.

If there are known expected delays you will be alerted via email.

All non-EU costumers should be aware that local import duties may be charged when the order reaches its destination. These fees must be payed by the costumer and Customs verification might affect delivery times. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding customs policies and import duties.


We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 0 hours of purchase

1. Send us an e-mail with “Return + Order Number” in the subject field to the following address: Please state your name and surname, telephone number and reason for the return in the email. The 15|33 team will check if you are entitled to return the item our team will give you further instructions to follow.

2. All returns the postage cost will be at costumer expense.

3. Wrap the goods carefully in the original packaging.
